I’ve seen this list going around in emails i have recieved and posted on other blogs. Theyre all pretty funny… but i’d like to point one thing out that kind of removes the funny from one of the more in-your-face entries on the list:

Experts Exchange is actually www.experts-exchange.com, if you click that link in the list you will notice it goes to some typo-squatting ad site, not the real website. They did in fact know what they were doing when they registered the domain. The fact that it is still on the list (as #2 in fact) when the url is false kinda ruins the credibility of the whole list for me.

However some of them… as in the case of Pen Island, may very well have created the website just for the ’shock value’ of the name.. If you go to the site, they have nothing for sale, you can’t get a sample sent to you… just a bogus site so they have the name… penisland.com! LOL

funny, but dubious at best.
as mentioned above, expertsexchange is a squatter and not to be confused with experts-exchange
also, penisland is a hoax. they are not really selling pens… they are laughing about the same joke we are. Molestationnursery is a squatter and powergenitalia is listed as “under construction” so it is also probably being held for future economic development. That’s 40 % of the list that should have been disqualified. poor showing.

btw, Cumming Ga, home of Cumming First UMC is about 20 miles from where I live, and just north of Alpharetta Ga. which is a popular technology center in the Atlanta Metro area. Many of us locals have long referred to Alpharetta as “Throbbing, Ga.” because anything that close to Cumming has to be Throbbing.
